Just a relaxing Sunday......

Hey all. Sorry I haven’t written much lately. I’ve been busy at work. I had end of month reports, had heaps to catch up after going to Mexico. Also I have the big guy coming over in 2 weeks, so I have to investigate what I want to put in my budget Capex etc. So yeah, very busy.

Today I’m sitting here listening to Hawks vs Bombers. Hopefully my boys win. We’ve been doing so well this year, but lately just falling off the pace a little. To be expected though, with such a young inexperienced side. But the accolades we should receive for such an improved year will go well for the future. Look out in a year or two….

Not much else has been happening. All is going well here, I have my mother and auntie coming over in 3 weeks. I so can’t wait for that. I look forward to it, and am so happy, because it’ll be my mothers first big airplane ride. Don’t worry mum, my first time was only from Albury to Sydney, and I shit myself the whole way. But now, after god knows how many flights, I’m not scared at all. I usually get worried about lengthy waits at the airport more than the flight itself.

My girlfriend is doing well, she’s a little nervous about meeting my mum. Which I can understand. But it should go well. And later this year I hope to take Kae to Australia, where she can meet the rest of the clan. Also my baby – Samantha.

Buddy has just kicked 2 goals. He’s on fire so far. I hope Mark Williams makes a return this year, gee won’t we be so potent then. But I think he’d be better off preparing for next year, and having a cracker then.

My dog over here, Rocky, is turning out to be a real little funny bugger. The moment I’m awake in the morning, I’m not allowed back to sleep until I take him outside for a pee. If I try to go back to sleep first, he’ll sit on my chest and give me those little puppy eyes. If I roll over, and try to ignore him, he’ll sit on my pillow above my head.

But he’s a great little dog. Not as good as my Samantha, but close.

Anyways, I’m gonna go relax, and listen to the footy, have a few beers, and enjoy my Sunday.
