As you know, I've broken my big toe. The bloody doctor put this huge cast on my leg, and expected me to stay off it for a few days. later that night I took the cast off. It was only a half cast, not fully closed, or it would still be on.
Anyways, I can walk kind of ok with my heel, and it's much quicker and no hassle at all. But my bandages on my toe were getting dirty, so I went back to the hospital for a dressing change. They weren't impressed. They could tell I'd taken the cast off.
So they've given me a new, smaller and much better fitting cast. But I've taken it off again. It's just too bloddy hot, and annoying. I'm at home, sitting here with my foot up, why do I need the cast. When I go outside, I put it on, but I walk on it, rather than use the crutches, Too hard, too lazy!!!
Anyways, check out the photos of the foot in between the dressing change, it's quite bruised. It looks much worse than the photos show.
On Tuesday I go back to see the foot doctor, so hopefully I can get some more photos.
