Bloody Spicy Food

What is the fascination with spicy foods? I'm sitting here having Instant Cup Noodles, Tom Klong Flavor, whatever that means, and my mouth feels like I've swallowed hot molten lead. I don't mind a little spice, to flavor the food, but what good is the spice when your too busy sucking on the air conditioner to taste anything? I'm sure I've even got blisters now; it's too painful to tell

10 minutes later…..

My eyes and nose have finally stopped running. Every time I eat spicy foods, my nose runs like a 2 year olds. Thai word for Spice is Pet. Mine is f..king hell!!

Today is a quiet day. I wish it was Friday. Always good to have a quiet one on Friday. But I know tomorrow is going to be busy. I want to get out early to watch the footy, so I know something will happen and I'll be stuck here till Monday.

My girlfriend loves watching the latest Fast & Furious, Tokyo Drift. It's not a bad movie. But I am starting to know every word off by heart. She watches it nearly every day. Bit like one of my ex flat mates that used to watch Lord of the Rings every day. And I mean every day. She probably still does.

Last night my girlfriend's brother came over for a couple of Sang Soem's (Thai whiskey) and dinner. And then guess what? Yep, Tokyo Drift. Again.

This weekend is the start of the AFL footy finals. Should be good watching Adelaide, West Coast and Freo get dropped out hopefully. I want a Sydney - Saints GF. I want Sydney to win again, but I want Rob Harvey to win a GF too. Oh well, can't have everything or else Hawthorn would make it every year….
