To Coup Or Not To Coup?

Good day all. What an interesting 24 hours. Yesterday we buried Brocky, last night the Thai Military took over Thailand and this morning we buried the Croc Hunter!!

I listened to a bit of the Brocky funeral. Very touching. Bathurst will be good to see what tributes they do for him.

I was sitting in a bar last night having a few games of pool and a beer, when I seen the news. The Thai Military had surrounded the Government buildings, staged a coup and taken over the country. All this while Prime Minister Thaksin was in USA. He still is. I don't think they'll let him back in the country. This country just keeps getting better and better.

Apparently Bangkok very quiet today, most companies not opening today and people staying home. Mind you I'm at work. No bloody dramas here!! I'm not lucky enough to have a day off.

But it's probably a good thing, because the Prime Minister isn't a very good person. Full of lies, deceipt and god knows what else. He is your typical politician though. He's even worse than John Howard, and I thought that was impossible. It won't get too violent, because the moment the King says to stop, they'll stop. They always listen to him.

I got up early this morning (slighty hungover), to watch the Steve Irwin funeral at Australia Park. Very good. I don't see how come they had Justin Timberlake talking, he didn't say anything remotely interesting, the dumb shit. But apart from that, it was really good. And Bindy getting up to talk was good to. She's a real trooper.

Ok, I have to go find a hole to sleep in. Feel like shit today
