You know what? I know why I’m having so much bad luck today. It’s bloody Friday the 13th. Shit. I should’ve stayed until Saturday. We are still sitting here at the Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA). It’s just gone past 9.30pm. We are now number 5 to take off. Seems like it’s taking them 20 minutes per plane. These guys need to learn to speed up. I’m bloody very tired, but don’t want to go to sleep while we wait, cause they’ll wake me taking off, and I won’t be able to sleep for the trip.

Tomorrow Hawthorn takes on Adelaide over in Adelaide. I get to watch it on the telly, which would mean 3 weeks since I last got to seen the Hawks. Can’t wait. We are doing quite well this year….

My girlfriend, Kae, is on her way to the Bangkok airport to pick me up. It would have been perfect timing had this plane left on time. But instead she has to wait until after 1am for me.

Well, the last “5” planes to take off took 1.5 hrs!! We finally took off at 11pm. We landed in Bangkok 2.20 am. Bloody hell, that’s some sitting around doing nothing. I got home at 5am, but was awake, so stayed up until about 7am.

Now I’m just waiting Hawhorn vs Adelaide game. Then I might go back to bed.
