Well I have to say I've had a good weekend. We decided a while ago to move back into Pattaya. As stupid as that sounds, it's actually beneficial for us, as we spend most days of the week in there anyway. At least this way I won't have to drive the car around all day. We have a motorbike, and already things are more relaxed and it's only been 4 days.
But it was a busy weekend. I had to have everything moved Friday night because my footy team was playing Saturday. So after work I drove home, was an hr late getting home, see photo of motorbike stack. Bloody idiots trying to weave and dodge while at high speed at an intersection.
The missus was in town, but she'd packed everything up for me. So I loaded the car, and drove into town. It only took 3 trips. 2 on Friday and one on Saturday morning.
We've moved back into the same house I was in last year before we moved to Bang Sare. You'll have to wait til later in the week as I haven't had the chance to take any photos yet. But we've got a new very big LCD flat screen in the loungeroom, and the footy is awesome on it. I do have a photo of it. Priorities, right? Although it's attached to the wall in such a way I cannot get to all the plugs at the back of it. I had to go to the shops and buy a heap of adapter type plugs and cords to try and set it all up through what I can get access to.
We have a washing machine in our new place. It wasn't there before when I lived there. I went to do a load the other night, and the missus came and watched, asking questions. I asked her had she used one before and she said no. Just goes to show the difference in cultures. My girlfriend is used to doing all the washing by hand, or having someone else do it. SO I showed her how to use it. She hasn't gotten the hang of it yet.
I was looking through some photos yesterday, and found this old one of Rocky. Do you remember in ET when the kids found ET, and the mother comes into the room, and all she sees are teddy bears? ET was hiding in with the bears and looked like one of them. Well, have a look at this photo of Rocky, similar??
Oh, on Saturday my team won. We beat the Eagles. What'd I tell ya last week, that we'd crush em. And we did. And that dickhead Judd has been done for a week for eye gouging. I think the Eagles may head south a bit for a while.
