Bangkok - Los Angeles

Well ain’t I a lucky bastard? I’ve just been told I’m currently flying over Okinawa. My god. Okinawa. I look out the window and I see this tiny island. If that’s it, then what a shithole. But I’m sure I’m looking out the wrong side of the plane. And I’m way to buggered and lazy to move and look out the other side.

I haven’t slept much yet. Because I had to leave home after 3am to get to the airport, I decided to stay awake and just have a few beers. I was sitting at the bar and realized I was late. So I raced to Sri Racha where my driver drove me to the airport. Only took like 20 mins max to get through all the crap at the airport. Pretty good.

So now I’m sitting on the plane waiting to land in Tokyo. I need to walk around, get a drink, relax etc. I know I’m just sitting here on the plane, but you can’t compare that to normal relaxing. It’s uncomfortable on a plane. My ass hurts from sitting here.

You may have noticed I haven’t written about the footy over the weekend. Well, my team got flogged by 70 points. I expect my team to lose a few, because we are doing so much better than last year, but not by 70 points. My god.

But I did get 6 tips. Missed out on Brisbane and Hawks.

For those of you that are wondering what the hell am I doing heading to Tokyo, I’m on my way to Mexico. Monterrey, Mexico.

Business meeting. 2 days. 5 days of flying, 2 days of meetings Freaking exciting!!

Well I’ve just departed Tokyo, and am sipping on a Miller Lite beer. Disgusting, but it was that or Jap Beer. Next one I’ll have a whisky.

I left my wallet at home. How the f**k did I do that? I am stupefied. Also broke. I have no money whatsoever, and I’m going to be needing a taxi to and from the hotel in LA. Luckily I had a little bit of Thai Baht in my pocket. So hopefully I’ll be fine until I get to Mexico and then I can get some off the Boss.

I was hoping for a little tv screen in front of me, and my own choice of what I watch. But no, I’ve got the big screen, and I gotta watch what everyone else watches. Which just so happens to be 3 movies I have already seen. Wild Hogs, Shooter, and I can’t remember the other one. I wish I could sleep. I feel very tired, but just can’t relax enough. Soon they’ll be switching the lights off so maybe then.

Well, I am here. I’m in my room in LA. I’m not going out today as I am so shit tired I am just going to go sleep.

Tomorrow I’ll be in Mexico so I’ll type some more then. Til then, have fun…..
