Prawns

Hey Y'all. I was listening to the Aussie radio station Nova 100 online today while I am at work. Good Stuff. Anyway, I heard an advertisement for Tiger Prawns on special for $AUD21.98 per kilogram.

That's not bad. In Australia. I go to the local market here in Jomtien, Thailand, and can get almost 5 kg for the same price. Maybe cheaper because I can barter on the price if I want that many. But I usually only get 1 kilogram for around 140 baht, or $AUD4.70. ANd I know these buggers are fresh, because they come from the water that morning. And were caught the night before.

I do have something else I want to talk with you about, but I want to wait until this weekend, because it's happening two weekends in a row. I want to see how this weekend goes before I open my big mouth.
